I’m tired of juice and smoothie recipes all over the web that claim to help with this illness or that ailment without any science to back up the claim. There are great recipes for boosting energy, delayng the aging process, losing weight, increasing your memory...this is just the best book I've ever seen on this subject. Everything a beginner or expert could ever want.
